The performance sport visor uses a lightweight polyester mesh crown wrap with a curved, semi-rigid bill that won’t droop in humidity or after a wash. The mesh is treated for UV resistance and dries fast between sets or after a long training run, so it doesn’t hold sweat or odor the way a cotton style can. A silicone-gripped inner headband keeps the visor from sliding during quick direction changes on the court or a mid-race surge.

Because the crown is a technical mesh rather than a woven twill, we decorate it with a sublimated or embroidered logo depending on the design — sublimation for full-color gradients and photo-style marks, flat embroidery for a simple wordmark or crest. Either way the print sits flush against the fabric and won’t crack or peel with repeated washing, which matters for a visor that’s going to see weekly wear on a run-club schedule.

An adjustable back closure with a hook-and-loop or toggle strap fits a wide range of head sizes, and the sweatband along the front edge is a quick-dry microfiber rather than the heavier terry used on cotton styles, so it stays light on hot days.
